Warranty Period

All hoses are covered by a 2-year warranty for manufacturing quality and materials from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

  • Defects in raw materials

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Leakage or damage resulting from the standard manufacturing process, provided that the product has been installed and used in accordance with the instructions

Warranty Exclusions

  • Corrosion, rust, or damage to fittings caused by installation on iron, steel, or non-standard connections

  • Improper installation

  • Use of improper tools or application of excessive force

  • Use in corrosive environmental conditions (such as extremely high humidity, corrosive chemicals, acidic vapors, etc.)

  • Use outside the permitted pressure and temperature range of the product

  • Impact, unauthorized bending, or physical damage after installation

  • Normal wear and tear resulting from usage

Proper Installation

⚠️ To prevent corrosion and rust, the hose must be installed only on standard brass or stainless steel fittings.

⚠️ Installation on iron or rust-prone fittings may cause corrosion to transfer to the hose connections, and in such cases, the manufacturer shall bear no responsibility.

Warranty Verification Process

Warranty evaluation is carried out after technical inspection, and if a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced.
